The Memoirs of a Glorified Dishwasher
il Sugo, “the sauce” in Italian, started in 2019 after owner Grant Rosendahl expanded his downtown sandwich shop, Main Street Deli. After doubling the seating capacity and creating a back kitchen, il Sugo Italian Kitchen was born. il Sugo’s menu consists of Rosendahl’s own recipes as well as recipes that he experienced in his local and international travels. The menu is design to be simple and authentic and the dining experience reflects an intimate and romantic setting.
